50 min | Reformer Pilates

Led by Off Duty Pilates, this 50 minute reformer class is created for the Vital Perfection launch: targeted training to sculpt, define and lift. We start with breathwork and gentle spinal movement to warm up, work through a full-body sequence at a pace that lets you focus on control, and finish by opening through the chest and front body.

30 min | SculptDefine Workshop

Led by SHISEIDO's Senior Education Manager, discover the new Intensive SculptDefine Serum and learn SHISEIDO's exclusively developed SculptDefine facial massage technique, designed to complement your skincare ritual.

This workshop will be held at Off Duty Pilates (New Bahru). The $100 registration fee is fully redeemable on SHISEIDO products made on the day of your selected session.

Please arrive at the studio 15 minutes before your selected session for registration. For the safety and consideration of all participants, late arrivals will be denied entry. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to late arrival. As there is limited parking at New Bahru on weekends, do cater sufficient time to find parking, check in and prepare for your selected session.
